Ben is an award-winning Event Director who has delivered numerous large-scale events across multiple industries, specializing most recently in the esports and gaming sector. As well as having close relationships with many national venues in the UK, Ben’s live esports tournament productions have taken him to arenas and stadia in Europe, North America, and Mexico.

 

With his tournament organization experience, Ben is now working closely with venues looking to develop a proposition for hosting esports and gaming events, as well as brokering deals on behalf of tournament organizers, publishers, and developers who are seeking the right location for their events.

Ben is delighted to list SEGA, Ubisoft, Red Bull Gaming, and others among his client base, as well as multiple well-known venues including the SECC, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, ExCeL London, and Twickenham Stadium. He has a broad knowledge of event strategy and production with 25 years of experience in the industry.

Published works include the authoring of an Esports Feasibility Report for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as well as a secondary paper focussing on the location and development of games industry accelerators and incubators.
