Clarion Events, the organisers of the world-famous ICE B2B betting trade show, approached Arena Consultancy about introducing esports to their 2020 exhibition with the CS:GO GG.Bet ICE Challenge.

 

The finals of this ‘Tier 1’ tournament were due to take place at ExCeL London.  Clarion and their partner, Maincast briefed Arena Consultancy on identifying and securing a venue for the pre-finals qualifying rounds.

Knowing that the team at Arena Consultancy had worked with Twickenham Stadium to host a series of qualifying rounds previously, Clarion asked us to manage all technical, logistical and player welfare considerations.  We also secured preferential venue hire rates at Twickenham Stadium for eight teams to battle through the qualifying rounds to make it to the finals at ICE London 2020.
