Arena Consultancy was brought in to provide end-to-end support for a three-day competitive event. Leveraging our extensive background in esports operations, we meticulously managed all aspects of the tournament, from initial planning to on-site administration.

Arena Consultancy leveraged its unique, firsthand experience, having previously selected Twickenham Stadium as a host venue. This direct knowledge, combined with our extensive network across esports tournament organizers, publishers, and non-endemic brands, formed the bedrock of our strategic approach.

We transformed SNK's 20m x 20m booth into an immersive experience. The space featured gameplay trials, one-on-one esports battles, unique photo opportunities, and a dedicated influencer zone for content creators to get hands-on with the new title.
