Challenge:
World-renowned game publisher Ubisoft sought a trusted partner to ensure the flawless execution of their Ubisoft Experience at the UK's largest gaming event, the Insomnia Festival at the NEC. With over 100,000 fans expected, Ubisoft needed expertise in large-scale event planning and, critically, deep experience in 5v5 esports tournament delivery for their flagship title, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

Arena Consultancy was brought in to provide end-to-end support for a three-day competitive event. Leveraging our extensive background in esports operations, we meticulously managed all aspects of the tournament, from initial planning to on-site administration.
