Working in partnership with Fury Design Agency, Arena Consultancy planned and delivered an exclusive esports competition for Aramco at the Esports World Cup. Our mission was to create a truly "money can't buy" experience, beginning with online sim racing tournaments that drew in a competitive field of racers. The ultimate prize? A coveted spot for 20 finalists to compete in person at the Esports World Cup.
The partnership between Fury and Arena provided comprehensive support that was instrumental in the competition's success. We developed a bespoke website in both Arabic and English, providing a single source of truth for all rules and regulations. In collaboration with EGL, our team provided seamless administration, managing both the online rounds and the high-stakes offline finals.
For the grand finale in Riyadh, we took charge of all finalist logistics. This included managing travel, accommodation, and hospitality, ensuring a first-class experience from start to finish. We curated a memorable schedule of events, from selecting exquisite dinner locations to arranging exclusive excursions.
The finalists even received a unique opportunity to train with the Aston Martin esports team, who flew in to offer professional coaching and insider tips. This collaboration culminated in an unforgettable final race, creating a truly premium and once-in-a-lifetime event for everyone involved.
